Worst nurse and doctors specially Dr. Andrew. He intentionally did not attend me for 6 hours while I was in so much pain. I asked the nurses again and again for the doctor but he did not show up. Worst experience! Nurse said she is not sure if the doctor will be able to attend me until midnight and I was admitted at 8am. Then, I informed the nurse to write for that they are not attending and I leave and she did not. She said we are attending you, but she denied sending the doctor to me. Useless staff

Absolutely worst service in the ER. Took my girlfriend to the Kaiser ER in San Leandro and she’s been waiting almost 4 hours and has yet to be seen by a doctor. She’s in significant pain and was given Motrin. There was no one in the waiting room when she was admitted to a room. I called the ER and whoever answered the phone couldn’t give me any answers as to why it’s taking so long. All she could say was “we’re very busy. There’s 60 patients here. The doctor has 5 patients.” So simple math would mean there’s 12 ER doctors there. So if she’s been waiting 3 hours for one doctor that means it takes one doctor 15 hours to take care of 5 patients? I told her this. She said “I didn’t say that”. No, but you told me you don’t know how many doctors are there. But you did tell me how many patients there are and how many each doctor has. Since when is math no longer needed to work in a medical facility? I should’ve read the other reviews.

Great Staff always parking...only had one problem here , other than that,excellent hospital!!
