This place use to have great service. It is under new ownership, service terrible. Previous staff let go. I went in yesterday to mail a package. One girl did not know how to ship packages. The other girl was incredibly rude. Tried charging me for a box when I was able to put my stuff in an envelope and argued with me that it would have to go in the box. This used to be my favorite place to go mail gifts but I will not be going back there. Rude, under trained, money hungry owners.

The staff was nice enough but they told me I had to have a box/label to return an Amazon order. I showed them the code that said no box/label needed but they insisted. I went to a different UPS store that I usually go to and they did the return with no box/label needed, same as always. Maybe this store has a different policy? I don't know, next time I'll just go to the other one and save the hassle.

I recommend to get service here, best service ever all staff professional as well as nice treat to all. Just ignore bad reviews because Some people always arguing every where and they are stupid. don't understand the way and process,

Edit after the owner’s response: This is not my first time here, this is actually second or third time, I can surely tell you how rude your service was. This is not about $3 or $5 label printing price, about your attitude and behavior. Original post: Worst customer service. The people work here are very rude.

Yes they will charge for the packaging unless what you are returning states you do not need to package it prior to dropping it off.
It depends on the weight of the package and if they repackage it, also if you need it there by a certain time you might have to pay for special shipping
I don't believe you can do it here. Sorry. You might be able to do it wherever you track it.
