My tech was Ruby. She was so personable and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and answered the questions that she could and call of the radiologist for questions that she couldn't. I really appreciated that. The front desk staff was nice as well. It's just really hard to get an appointment due to staff shortages, but that's not on the staff that's a management issue that I hope is taken care of soon.

The technician was very thorough in explaining everything. She was polite and gentle. She was also training a student and asked if that was ok with me. After the test, she asked if the student could take a few minutes to practice scanning me which I agreed to. Overall it was a very pleasant appointment!

I was debating how many stars I should give to Nor-Cal Imaging in San Leandro. On the one hand, the receptionists are not kind or courteous, but they are there to do their job. After they ask you to go in for an MRI, they are not clear on which of the three waiting rooms they have, you should wait. Also, the outside building does not project a good impression: it looks dirty and outdated, and the inside also needs to be renovated; the carpet looks old and dirty. On the other hand, they have a very positive side. The technician was incredible! She is a young woman, kind, patient, productive, accommodating and very clear in her indications, from beginning to end. She actually deserves 5 stars. So, 5 stars for the technician, 3 stars for the rest of the staff and the building.

The place is clean and very nice . There was no waiting time and I was called earlier than my scheduled time. Ghada the ultrasound technician was very courteous and very efficient in taking images of my abdomen. I really appreciate and thank Ghada as well as the front desk clerk.Great job!
