They pay LAPD 850k a year to harass Uber and Lyft drivers. Seleta and her team of clowns work unethically to try and get the city of LA revenue. This results in making Los Angeles a dangerous place to live and creates a major distraction so that the Police are unable to do their job. In addition to this, the illegal parking tickets they write each year has to stop. The people of Los Angeles are tired of the games you are playing LADOT.

No. The parking restrictions (2 hour parking) are separate from parking fees. Even between 9-3 you may have to pay if there are parking meters or pay stations.
