Great resources and take a zumba class

This rating is related to my experience during my most recent visit to the center to attend a Zumba class with Instructor Alma. All IEHP staff was friendly and respectful to all visitors . I know they have different classes for different purposes and one of them is Zumba. This is the only class I have attended even before the pandemic started. Mrs Alma is very energetic, polite, and friendly with all attendees. I had fun during her class and she made me sweat! Her hour class goes by fast and she always is encouraging the group to keep moving at their own pace. Her current class is only on Thursdays at 10:30 am and hopefully the management team considers to add more classes with her similarly to the schedule she had before pandemic. She also has given Yoga clases, and Zumba for Seniors and Kids. Tip: if you want to be part of this class, come even a few minutes before 10 am as it fills out really fast. Current capacity is 25 visitors.

This has free exercise classes and informational classes. I like that they give you a $15 gift card for every referred person. The exercise classes aren't easy, they are good to force me to be fit! They also give rewards or coming often. Bilingual English and Spanish. BTW some classes are only for IEHP members and some are for everybody, no insurance required (still free).

Yes they do, they actually just had one last week in English. There will be another class next week on the 20th in Spanish from 9:30am - 1:30pm. They have these classes every month.
Good question I'm not sure

You just go up to the counter and give them your name a d last name, if you are not in their system they will ask you to fill out a waiver and if you have an IEHP card they will ska for it. If you dont have one that's ok.
I don't think so, but you can ask them
You can always ask at their front office they're very nice and helpful. Also they have meditation sessions if you're iehp member.
Yes they do. You can call Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP and let them know that you need one for your doctor's appointments.
I Don't think so! Not all the States have what we have here in California. But, to be sure call The Medical Office.
There is a new member orientation held at the center on specific days and once you complete it you qualify for a Food 4 Less gift card. Please call the resource center to confirm (866) 228-4347
ask to the front desk representatives
No, this is more of an activity center such as exercise classes, nutrition/ food prep. ideas, and to get other information and it's free. If you don't know where to go to get a mammogram, they'll give you that info.
You can walk into the IEHP resource center and pick up the calendar schedule on the table next to the front office window.
