The bus driver always puts his luggage in the front seats. They won't let people with disabilities use the seat. I used to go twice a month from Vegas to this station. Either the doors are locked, no rest room access or relief from the heat. Not to mention driver named Charles is rude beyond words. He yelled at a young girl with children, he was so mean I had to say something. I thought he was going to kick me off like he threatened to do. My step brother has been a driver over 20 yrs. They all know him, but still disrespect me. One time he even made me xry.

The area is very slummy. All kinds of homeless, street walkers, druggies all have made this area their hang out spot. It's appalling and very dangerous just getting out of your car. Once you get inside the station is another eye sore. It's very small, cramped and nasty. All the staff have an attitude including the franchised owner. I'm totally floored because I actually use to be a greyhound driver in the 80's and drove to the station countless of times. Of course it was nothing like it is today! It hurts like hell to see how deplorable it has become.

I bought a ticket from Riverside Ca to Tucso Arizona and lets not talk about nor being able to get on the bus because there was no roon bu here it is Thursday and seeings I got here Saturday I still have no clothes. My luggage got lost and it was horrable service.
