So i moved in here in 2013 - it was amazing, loved it! Then the management changed 3 times. When I posted my original review, that was management change #4 and based on that review 1 star because i could not give zero. Now with Daro management? 5 stars. They are very efficient, finally got us an online payment and maintenance system. Same great maintenance guys, kind leasing office staff, and super quick with emergency requests. Very happy I stayed!

I love PG Apartments. I’ve been living here a long time. Even tough the apartments are not as “fancy” as all the new ones around, you get a lot bang for your buck. Everyone is super nice and neighborly. The office staff and maintenance people are all very nice and hard working. The complex is always making improvements to the place. The complex is very safe and there is a police officer that lives there that makes sure of that. A lot of people love living here and don’t move out too often, so if you come by and there is actually an available apartment, don’t hesitate!

If i could give these place zero star i will gladly do so,first your money deposit is not refunded back to u,if you want to live in construction zone rent prince George's apartment, a very bad place to live in.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you don't want to sleep at nights rent Prince George's Apartment, if you want to live in a construction zone rent, if you want holes in the Kitchen rent Prince George's if you want old appliance with gas and electric bill rent, oh if you want Mold rent if you want a 100 gift card for a year to stay at a hotel while work is been done in your unit rent, if you want confusion and stupid management rent Prince George's, if you want your packages to go missing rent Primce George's. If you want dirty water rent Prince George's. Property Manager John why don't you retire with your assistant, Stupid little bunch. 6 months work turn into a year, with a 100 gift card should be a shame how much person moved out already
