The new management has hired an armed patrol officer with no warning. Now an officer with a gun walks the halls each night. I have lived here over a year and a half and felt safe and comfortable in my home until now. This is yet another reason that management has demonstrated a complete disregard for resident wellbeing.

Been living here for about 7 years now although the renovations have improved the lifestyle here at The Plaza unfortunately the manager in place makes living here a chore! Lisa is nasty, rude, and does not have a clue on how to accommodate her residents! I’ve witness countless of times the way she addresses residents and even her maintenance staff it’s truly disgusting and Plaza Towers should be ashamed of even having someone of this tier even representing their company! Many residents are moving out as quickly as possible and will continue to do so due to the unprofessionalism of the property manager! Please bring change to Plaza!

I have been here for 4 years and I have paid my rent faithfully even to the point where I can't afford to put food in my refrigerator. And now on top of the already extremely high rent now utilities are NOT included anymore. I had a feeling that when new management took over that this would happen. One of the main reasons that I moved here was because utilities were included. Everybody's not trying to"get over" or get a "hand out." There are decent hardworking people who work really hard to try to pay their rent on time. I am a single woman living in a one bedroom apartment. And now with utilities no longer included it's pretty much going to wipe me out financially. I am sure nobody cares all you care about is the money and you are trying to get a more "privileged" residents in your building. But the working class deserves a decent place to live too. And it's just disgusting to me that it has come to this.

I have been living here for over 6 months and my experience has been pleasant. The staff is friendly, and the new renovations really have spruced up the place. Never had a problem finding parking, any maintenance issues were quickly attended to. Mike even follows up to see if the issue has been resolved. There's a lot of work which has been done in terms of renovation and it has changed the entire feel of the place in a very short amount of time. They provide notices for anything and everything, and even put in an effort to do some building activity recently when they organized the ice cream truck run. Clearly, this management is looking to improve experience of its tenants. I especially want to call out Mike and the reception staff (a lot of rotation to name names there), who have been very friendly and prompt with their responses. Now different people can have different perspectives and experiences, but so far it's been really good for me, and I have moved a lot across the country living in different apartments/condos. This by far, is the most pleasant experience I have had. I will update the review if anything changes, but happy to have taken this option.
