Journey With Jus

I usually only go through the drive-thru at this location but I was in a rush this morning and decided to order through the app. I arrived 4 mins after ordering and 2/3 items were ready! Quinn addressed me as soon as I walked in to let me know that my last item was being prepared and it was ready seconds after! He was very friendly and had a great attitude! The other crew members appeared to be working very efficiently and as a team as well! Will definitely be back!

This place is horrible. Leadership lacks any customer service skills and the coffee is watered down. Save yourself the headache and time listening to excuses from the rude managers on duty by going to the Starbucks in New Carrollton!! Sadly Demographics matter when it comes to getting good customer service and a quality product.

It is such a beautiful day when you have coffee ☕️ like the espresso I got today here. Super nice staff and warm and friendly atmosphere. Interior is beautiful as well.
