Don't bother calling you when your car is finished. Service is good, management could be a bit more customer friendly. Make sure you do all of your tire rotations at Costco otherwise if a proration is needed they will ding you for it.

They do great work and nobody beats Costco’s price on quality tires but this location (the only one I’m familiar with) is critically and perpetually understaffed. This is NOT the fault of the mechanics- they are doing their best- this is a management and staffing issue. The reception desk is often unmanned, even if there are customers waiting. You can only hope that someone spots you from across the room while they are trying to get their current work done. If you call on the phone, it may ring a few dozen times or someone picks up to put you on hold for 10 minutes. I will continue to come here because the prices are good and I’m fortunate enough to have coworkers who will shuttle me back and forth, but if your time is short, go elsewhere.

I bought some tires through Costco online site. Waited for them to be delivered to the Burbank tire center. Made an appointment for a Sunday at 11am. I was told it would be an hour to 1.5 hour wait or less. Great! 2 hours later and my car is just sitting there along with a bunch of other cars without wheels on that no one is even working on. I went to ask why it was just sitting there and was told they were backed up and Levi falsely claimed he said it would be 2-3 hours. I don’t have all day to wait for this slow service. Never again.

The worst place to get new tires. First of all waiting time is looooong. Costco the company makes millions in a single day can’t afford to hire a receptionist for tire center. They say warranty included but in real when you’ve got flat tire they’ll charge you for a new tire. Poor experience at all. Only good thing is free air

Call them and make an appointment usually earlier in the morning is best. Otherwise you can have a long wait
You have to buy 4 to get $70 rebate. Sometime it's Bridgestone, other times it's for Michellin. Look at Costco advertising flyer.
Yes, they ask for your membership card
You can check it on Costco website and put your vehicle model and type to get an accurate tire size, price and availability on nearest Costco location. Check also the discounts they are offering right now.
I found their prices better than Costco plus they have a much better guarantee.
Call Costco and find out be prepared to give him the tire size and they can certainly get them for you no problem it may take a day or two but they can get them.
can i have quote four tire deal
