Hi Rechelle & Ashley It has been just a few weeks since we moved in and need to stop and say “thank you” Like most individuals who come to you, we needed a little help. From the inception, you all treated us with respect, honesty, and a genuine sense of concern. You never wavered in your commitment to see the entire process through and have gone as far as to follow up with us to make sure we are all settled in and squared away. Thank you!! We believe that the customer service you provide determines the experience we have here at Post Park. Based on your performance thus far we love it and thank you for doing what you do. Additionally, there is a young man in the office, he is good and professional, just like the others, I never even remember to ask his name. No need to at this time, our issues are always on the forefront of their minds, and have thus far been addressed the first time, each and every time. That team is outstanding!!!!! Regards – Andrew

My friend and I stopped by yesterday for my scheduled apartment tour that I had booked via the apartment complex's website the day before. We were asked to sit and wait for a leasing agent to provide more information and take us on the tour. Rechelle called my name back to her office and asked what size apartment I was looking for. She presented us with two sheets of paper referring to cost, monthly expenses, etc. I asked about move in dates and which one I'd be able to tour per my scheduled appointment. She said there was no flexibility about lease timings and that "apartments aren't held here, so pick which one you want" and that she had no studios for us to see, even though that's what my appointment was scheduled for. I asked, why was my appointment confirmed to view a studio if you can't show me one? She said "that's MARKETING and I have nothing to do with that, I can't help you." She was incredibly rude throughout the rest of the very short time we stayed there trying to get more information, each question we asked she replied with either "I don't know" or "that's not my department." Very unprofessional appointment especially considering she kept her AirPods in the entirety of the time we were there. You would think a leasing department would want people to be interested in moving to the complex, unfortunately that's clearly not the case at Post Park Maryland.

This place took a $350 amenity fee and I don’t even live here nor did I ever live here. This fee was taken after I put in my card info to pay application fees. I have never agreed to pay this

I’ve been here since December and honestly I regret moving. The apartment is lovely and I love the amenities but the staff (leasing office) is terrible!!!!! They never answer the phone they don’t follow up on anything and act like they basically don’t care. I’ve complained about my AC not working (it’s been 81 degrees in my apartment) for almost 3 weeks and no one has came to fix it or contacted me back to notify me about the situation. Every other month I’m getting a $40 charge on my rent stating that I have no renters insurance when that is false and I have provided my proof of insurance multiple times. I’ve actually had to paid $10 late fees for each day on my rent because it was late waiting for the property manager to correct that error. (& she didn’t even have the courtesy to remove the late fees for me even though I was waiting for her to respond) That’s how long it takes to hear back from someone if they decide to follow up with you. Now here it is June and I’m going through the same situation. I honestly can’t wait until my lease is up so I can go!
