Cute basic beach cottage with a great location! The units in each building are fairly close together, and the units are small. Kichets are equipped with the basics, decent pans and such. We did some real cooking. Everything was quite clean. Beds were decent but the one I slept on was a bit old. We had reserved most of two of the buildings for our group so that made enjoying the grassy area easier. If you are only renting one part of the building (ours had three units) you might have to deal with some noise from people on a different schedule from you. They are old buildings that transmit sound from walking and such. But the beach being right there makes it all worth it. It's a bit of a trek to the area where the rocks and tide pools are but it was a nice walk. All in all will definitely consider again!

The view and the weather were spectacular But the room however not so much There was 3 of us here myself my brother and my sister-in-law and it seemed cramped in one of the family cottages. The rooms were clean but are sliding patio door was broke and I let The woman in the office know and she only replied that she would let maintenance know well that was 2 days ago and it still not repaired makes it very hard to open up the sliding door. Also when they came in and cleaned our room then clean the room and replace things they never gave us toilet paper for 3 people I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but but there should have been a replacement every time And they never replace the little packets of coffee that are complimentary. To me it was not worth what we paid for the 5 nights

We drove over from Roseburg for a nice weekend away. My husband made all the plans and totally surprised me with this choice. It was so beautiful to sit in our room and watch the ocean. We had a special treat in that someone on the beach decided to put on a fireworks display after dark. Very romantic getaway! I highly recommend this place. If you were just driving by you wouldn't realize what a wonderful quaint place this was. SUPER CLEAN! VERY COZY WITH A FIREPLACE IN THE ROOM! Be sure you get an upstairs with a balcony so you can see the shore. There is also a very easy to walk path down to the beach which we used as well. We will be back as I think is our new favorite destination spot on the coast.

This place is very charming and quaint. It was built in the early 1900s (1926 or so I think) and it still has all that old build charm. The view is gorgeous. The desk people were friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that it is not very sound proof. We stayed in Room 2 and the room below and to the left of us (they had a small upstairs portion) was extremely social (think lots of loud music and conversation, as well as kids yelling). Luckily they quit around 10 at night but it wasn't as peaceful as I was hoping it was going to be. Of course this is of no fault of the owners that the guests were loud - but I would have enjoyed my stay a bit more had I not been able to hear the other guests so easily. Another note is that our shower was extremely small - just so people know!
