Very friendly staff. It’s a cozy small establishment. The proprietors and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. It’s clean, quiet, directly across the street from Old Town and right on the 101. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, less pricey than others in town, but room and furnishings were very old and worn. Smell of scented cleaning products overpowering, no operable windows. Lots of cracks in walls, sharp corners on furniure, shower valve very hard to operate, odd room layout. Directly on Hwy 101 so traffic noise very loud, but thankfully quieted between midnite and 6 am. Would rate value worse if this wasn't in a nice beach town.

We stayed 1 night and found the room and pricing quite reasonable. If you are a light sleeper this may not be a good choice as it sits on a very busy road. Rooms were clean and basic. If you want fluffy and scenic views try another spot. This place is steps from old town making it perfect for those visiting, like us, wanting to be close to all the shops and docks.
