Edit: Neighborhood is quiet majority of the time.. There are good tenants now, clean, friendly neighbors, no stealing, no fights, kids get along with other kids, no racism. Kids play with others outside while I work in the garage. Owner is friendly, polite and keeps things clean. Very glad bad people are no more.
