Ordered 5 footlong sandwiches on the app. They got 3 out of 5 sandwiches wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. After eating half of it I realized that my chicken was in fact Tuna. 🤮🤢 with wrong veggies. The other 2 wrong sandwiches had wrong veggies. For $53 I could have ordered from a different sandwich shop and would have gotten better quality food. Don't think that I order from them anymore. Shame. They used to be good. Poor quality food now.

Just wanna give a shout-out to Cody and Mason for working strong behind the line here at subway. I didn't order food but they had a line of ppl to the door and cars in the drive thru and for just them two they are doing awesome! Keep up the good work guys it's being noticed

Wow. This must be the most skimpiest Subway I have ever gone to. Got a footlong and got 5 pieces of spinach, 5 olives, 4 Jalapeños and a quarter of my sandwich was missing lettuce and a cucumber. I paid 12 dollars for a skimpy sandwich. Looks like I wasn't the only one who commented on this. Read the other comments. I also want to say I have never seen an employee, she was Hispanic by the way was so scared and panicked that she had to ask another employee what to put on my sandwich because she was scared of maybe what the franchise owner had trained her or what she was able to put on the sandwich?? So disappointing. I hope other employees are not treated this way. I won't be coming here again and I live nearby less than 2 miles.

Sandwich Tec’s were somewhat friendly, the food was reasonably fresh, but the store was not very clean. My biggest complaint is when the Sandwich Tec’s do not wash their hands before they re-glove, especially with covid still going on. It’s one thing to not change cloves if all they are handling are sandwiches, but when they are multitasking, i.e., touching multiple surfaces while making sandwiches, that is cross contamination. I know every minute counts when they have a line of people at the counter and drive-up window, but that is not always the case, and there is no excuse for not taking the 20 seconds to wash their hands before they re-glove. Most people will not say anything to the Sandwich Tec’s. Many people may not care. nevertheless, I would rather wait while the sandwich tec takes the 20 seconds to wash their hands and re-clove, than not, and risk contaminating my food. I doubt my review will change anything as some employees simply do not care to follow the rules. I personally know a couple store managers that are very strict regarding the hand washing policy, and their employees follow that rule religiously, even when the manager is not present.
