I inputed 60 dollars cash back from the self checkout. I walked a few steps away to grab a plastic spoon. My money either never came out or someone stole the money. The store was rude and unwilling to help me. They told.me the camera doesn't see that angle and they don't care.

This is the worst place to get your prescriptions filled. No one answers the phone in any department and the customer service is horrible. They blame it on under-staffing but honestly it's just an awful place for service. I was literally told by a customer service representative that pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. What kind of ableist garbage is this? What if a grandma can't get a ride to go haggle about filling her prescription that they lost? People can die without certain medications, and I'vetried to work with them and be patient. I hope they're sued. This last time is the final straw and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
