I went for a facial. 1st the ingredients used on my face gave me acne. My pours were blocked with some type of oil. The students try their best to learn a trade with mostly no supervision. I feel sorry for the students as they are hoping for a career. I can get a proffessional facial with better ingredients at other schools and salons.

Worst customer service do not go here, not even for a simple trim. The guy running the place is very rude and does not know what he is talking about. Very argumentative with customers for no reason! He made my 9 year old daughter cry!

The first time I came in it was pleasant and welcoming. I was told to come back the following week early to fill out some paper work and that there was an African- American woman instructor who might be able to help with my hair that day. Great! I thought. When I showed up bright and early they were completely unorganized and rude to me. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. No one could "turn on the computer" and after sitting for 20 mins or so my named was called only to be loudly told by an instructor that they could not do the two things I wanted in the same day. NOT TRUE! Even one of the students chimes in to try to explain to her instructor that it was possible to get a Brazilian blowout and color ,but not a perm and color. After that I figured it was best to leave before I even got anything done to my hair. I was really looking forward to trying this place out but I left upset and disappointed.
