The staff here was so amazing and accommodated all my needs! Kerra & Jacob made sure to fulfill my special request and truly made my husband's birthday extra special. The location of this hotel is excellent as well, would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Bend!

Negative: Bed was not changed over from last guest. only paper cups. Had to borrow a wine glass from the front desk with a deposit. Coffee station was sub par. Toiletries were sub par. No bathrobes. No room service. Overall disappointed. Will not stay again.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Our room was clean and very spacious. All the conveniences you would expect. Having the local beer and cider available in the lobby great, we enjoyed sitting by the outside fire pits in the evening. The diner next door served a wonderful breakfast and the food truck out front was an easy dinner choice with tasty, affordable food! We'll be back for sure!
