Stayed here on a business trip. The front desk was polite, checked me in/out quickly. They have a small general store that has most of the toiletries and random items you’d need. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. For one person, the bed is perfectly sized. There is a recliner chair that is perfectly positioned for watching TV. There is a good selection of channels, although I only watched the local news and ESPN. There is kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The bathroom has plenty of room and the shower has hot water with good water pressure. I chose this hotel in Bend mostly because it was close to my office, but it is conveniently located. Old Mill is walkable, and downtown is a quick Uber or taxi ride.

The young girl that works in the morning until 3pm is very unhelpful and not accommodating at ALL SUPER DRY PERSONALITY AND BORING TO SAY THE LEAST..WISH SHE WAS MORE HELPFUL..JUST BEEN GETTING WAY MORE BEAUTIFUL ENERGY FROM THE GENTLEMAN WORKING THERE AND THE OTHER WOMAN WITH BLONDE HAIR DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT THE MORNING GIRL . MEH..

Be aware, this hotel is pet friendly. Generally I have no issues with pets, as long as their owners are responsible. The occupants of the room across the hall from me left their dog alone, and it barked continuously for over two hours. I called down to the desk for a remedy, which was to call the owner’s room and get the animal under control. I was told hotel policy was to try to get the owner to come back if they are gone, but what to do if that does not work? I was offered another room. Why do I have to be inconvenienced by an inconsiderate pet owner? Inconsiderate pet owners put the front desk people in a poor position with frustrated customers. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the front desk friendly and professional, and the location is great. The manager did call me to discuss. (Thanks).

Pros: this hotel is in a great location and close/within walking distance to a lot. On top of that, we were upgraded upon arrival and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a good size and most of the amenities were great. Cons: they don’t have ice makers and the fridge in our room that was supposed to make ice was broken. While the room was clean and and orderly for the most part, the shower in our room did want to drain so I was essentially standing in 3 inches of water during my entire shower so I’m sure the drain was clogged with hair and other stuff which is kinda gross. The only other thing was that there were some weird broken down and window smashed in cars in their parking lot that made me kinda nervous but that’s not entirely their fault. They just need to get towed. Overall though, we’d stay again. The hotel was worth it for the price and location.
