Clean, comfortable rooms. Appeared to be a newer hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we inquired about the area. It is pricey, but no worse than other hotels in Bend. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, food was meh but well enough. My biggest complaint is the lack of customer service. My mom checked in with my 4month old baby. The man working pushed the luggage cart out and left her to get her bags, the baby's bags, and the baby out all by herself. The doors don't stay open for you to push the cart through, so she had to struggle to even get the thing inside, again no one even offered to help her. I also watched an older gentleman while I was eating breakfast, struggling to get the cart through the doors so we got up to help him. Probably won't be staying again.

This is a new hotel that was a great home base for our travels around Bend. It had a comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Near lots of places but at the south end of Bend so you did not have to drive through town when adventuring further south during the day.

Very clean and comfortable! Nice sunny big window that darkened completely with 2 shades. Nice breakfast which we took to our room. Ample parking within reasonable distance to entrance. We traveled with our new puppy so close to elevator to go in and out. Staff helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.
