This is my first laundromat trip since moving to Bend and it was most definitely a frustrating one. So many broken machines, and the ones that do work have their own issues. Lost money from machines eating my quarters. Pretty poor experience, really hoped it’d be better.

This went from a nice laundromat to a joke , the owner does not care about his or her business , the pictures tells it all , the gentlemen who did maintenance on the machine is no longer here obviously , the machines always worked , the floors were not flooded like they are now , bathroom is locked .. machine took 3 dollars and I contacted the owners voicemail , never got a call back or a refund .. Have to spend money to make money , cheap skate .. FIX YOUR LAUNDROMAT

Not at all what I expected... I was told this place has reliable machines at a good price. Well the price was on about the same as other laundromat's in Bend. But the reliability of these machines is ok at best. I had only about 3 loads to do and the machines I picked seemed to malfunction immediately. I called the number I saw for a possible refund but no one answered or returned my calls. So in short I do not recommend this place unless you are without an Auto to bring you to the better places... Establishment is dirty, and two of the maxi machines (the only two working) both took my quarters and stopped working halfway through. The phone number on Google doesn’t reach anyone, and I’m feeling very frustrated because I can’t do my laundry and I’ve lost money. And there is seemingly no customer service .
