Very poor customer service experience two days in a row. It was VERY difficult to get help with product in the outdoor garden area (patio furniture set). There was an employee out there who was far more interested in the radio station on his phone than helping us; his contribution was telling us we needed to pay before they’d even begin helping to get the set and load it, though we were told by the customer service desk to go out to that area and they’d help us make the purchase - we had to go back and forth 3 times to finally get someone to help us buy it by taking a picture of the item and telling customer service we wanted to buy it. While ringing us up, the cashier made a comment saying “Wow! With a price like that it better be some really nice furniture!” And made us feel like we shouldn’t be spending the money on it. It seemed like everyone was so focused on getting their tasks done, they neglected to actually care for the customers. We did end up buying the patio set, but I’ve never had to work so hard to give a company my money. For us, it’s well worth it to shop and buy somewhere else, even if it costs a bit more - I’d rather be treated with respect and even feigned care (much less genuine care) than save a buck, but feel like employees are villainizing us or judging us for our purchase, or be so miserable with their job and poorly managed they flat out ignore their consumers. Just our one experience here, and I know there are good people that work there, but ours was not a good experience and we won’t be back to shop here.

I drive from another city to the Sherwood Oregon location so it’s super frustrating and inconvenient when they leave something(s) off of your order which you’re charged for of course. This happened today and the young man I spoke with didn’t even offer an apology when I called. They have a delivery service so why can’t they fix their error and burn their gas and bring me my items that they left off. Not an option apparently so it’s going to cost me my time and gas money at $5+ per gallon. Hell I already bought over $236 in groceries. Thanks a lot Sam.

Great Walmart! Wide aisles, great selection, super clean and bright! Very easy parking and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Each department has a lot of options. Service is friendly too. I’ll buy tools here, things for my truck, fresh and canned foods, snacks, drinks, electronics, movies and music, pharmacy items, meal replacement bars and drinks...etc.

There are two reasons I go out of my way to come to this store. 1. Because it never fails this store is always fully stocked and I can always find what I need. 2. Erin, she is the nicest employee, and remembers me and all around makes the experience great. Lately it’s been so hard to find workers that are friendly and don’t come off as if they hate being at work. Erin is great. Can’t wait to see her next time.

Yes, my brother inlaw works the Graveyard shift 10-7 and he said they're hiring.. I think there are some 4 hour shifts as well

They limit the number of people, everyone no exception needs to wear a mask, social distancing when possible, constant sanitizing of their cashier stations
