Called up to buy a Kia Soul and spoke to Jordan. I said, "Hey Jordan, I'm looking at your ad for a Kia Soul, listed for $20,680, VIN number..." He listens, and tells me with taxes and registration it will cost over $29,000. I was gobsmacked: "Your ad lists the car for $20680! Are you telling me taxes and registration are nearly 50%?" He sheepishly said, "Oh. Oh. Sorry. I thought you said it was listed for $26,080. Let me recalculate..." I laughed and said, "No need. Don't trust ya!" And hung up. Imagine a world where car salespeople weren't immediately distracted by dollar signs. Imagine a world where they said things like, "I'm about to make you very happy, that car is $20,680 not $26,080." That's the kind of world we all want to live in, isn't it? Somewhere fair. But Kia at Downtown Los Angeles ain't fair. It's a disgrace.

In my experience I have not had any major problems with the car but what I have had a bad experience is when I have taken it to do the services the staff is not trained
If free oil changes and parts/labor was written in your contract then they should honor it. I would call and speak to Bappi about this if I were you
What a shame that this is happening. I also had problems with the battery and the back door and the truth is they have a lousy service I asked to speak with the manager but apparently they do not want to give their face because there are hundreds of complaints that make them

My experience was different but I also went with a no nonsense mentality. And I got lucky with a salesman who was on same page as me.
