When I made my financing for my KIA Soul 2015, they gave Change of oil "for life", now that I'm going to do The oil change turns out to change on due no and that has no validity, I never buy a car again with KIA DTLA.
And I thought I would buy a new car but to see how they are struggling in this place and the type of response that the staff gives better I look for another way
Horrible place I regret buying from them I bought a new 2015 optima and it has giving problems. Plus Bappi the guy that did paper work said free oil change for life and if I buy the gap insurance would get free parts and labor and it is all a lie.
