If free oil changes and parts/labor was written in your contract then they should honor it. I would call and speak to Bappi about this if I were you

I don't know who Bappi is but I get free oil changes on my '04 Spectra. As for "free parts and labor" never heard of that from anyone besides close family/friends; and even those you end paying a little something just because. A couple years back a full diagnostic cost me a few bucks. Just earlier this year I had to replace my gas cap, that was a good $30. Go back to the store and ask for explanation of your contract terms.
