I think the positive reviews are fake. My mother was here for annual teeth cleaning and consultation. The male dr here was quite rude and condescending, not to mention LOUD, towards my elderly mother when answering her questions and giving her an estimate for treatments. What is more, he gave her a ridiculous quote for treatments and prices and we found out just how ridiculous his quote was when we went to another more reputable dentist in the area for subsequent opinions - he basically suggested high likelihood of needing implants for teeth with healthy roots and gum implants for gum irritation which was treated with deep cleaning in said more reputable dentist's office. I guess he thought since she was elderly she'd succumb to his aggressive attitude and scare tactics? Dont bother with this place.

Overall I really like this place! Staff are super nice always, and the services they provide are high quality. They have a cool x-ray machine that is new. Dr. Lee always answers any questions I have. The only suggestion I would have is sometimes when they are cleaning it feels like they use the sucking machine too much and my mouth gets very dry. This is also the only dental office I’ve been to that uses face coverings for the eyes which is weird to get used to. Lastly, I think they could use more pressure during the polishing step of teeth cleaning, but these are small suggestions. Overall I have been very happy having my dental services here.

I actually found this place by accident and do not regret it at all. The staff are very polite, friendly, and professional. They are capable of treating patients that speak Korean and of course English. Don't be afraid to ask any question about the procedures and/or their services. Also, one of the best things about this dentist is that they do Damon braces, in addition to regular dental and implant services. Damon braces are faster and better than traditional braces. Although they are closed on Thursdays, they are very accommodating and open on Saturdays. I would recommend this dentist to anybody who is looking for a great long term dentist.

I’ve been to my fair share of dentists, and Dr. Lee’s office is markedly different for a couple of reasons. First, they’re extremely transparent during the treatment process—after the initial examination, he not only tells you what the treatment plan is, he also shows you with pictures and provides explanations as to why each procedure is found to be necessary. Second, they’re extremely clear and straightforward about the cost of each procedure and what is covered and not covered by your insurance, and what you’ll have to pay out-of-pocket. No unpleasant surprises at the end, and there was no pressure to get any unnecessary procedures done. Third, and most importantly— Dr. Lee is and his staff are not only extremely professional and capable, but also kind and accommodating. I’ve never had dental assistants that took so much care to reassure me during the procedure, tell me what was going on, and respond immediately to my concerns. Scheduling and insurance was a breeze thanks to them as well, and everyone is fully fluent in Korean and English! Definitely will be a permanent customer!

Questions & Answers

I do not know how much it costs. The tooth alignment is good.

It is a treatment with high difficulty during orthodontic treatment. X-rays and inspections are necessary to naturally insert the protruding mouths. You will be charged accordingly.

I heard that even if I corrected it quickly, it was not good because it was too hard on my teeth. You emphasize that you can do it in a year, don't you know that you can do other orthodontics? What's different?

Prolonged orthodontic treatment may result in permanent damage to the gum bones and gums/ tooth decay, or side effects of not closing the entire toothed space. In the meantime, several scholars have studied a method that can be quickly corrected. There are many trials ranging from those who presented corrective treatment with surgery to those who created devices called accelerators (https://acceledent.com/). We use the Damon ortho system based on the safest and most effective low force mechanic. It is treated quickly and safely.
