They will never get my business again. We have had Appliance Clinic help us multiple times, one even within the last 18 months. Our dryer is now not working and we called to get on their schedule. The complete chaos of their system and the ineptness of their staff made it impossible. They couldn't find us in the system . . . then they could. They had the serial number for the dryer. . . and then they didn't. She couldn't understand the basic question. And then, without the serial number wouldn't even let us get on the schedule and then let us call back with the number since we currently were not home. This is the most basic of customer service. Never again.

set up an appointment 16 days in advance, when no one showed up or called I called them and was told their only tech who worked on my brand had been out sick for several days and they would have to reschedule for the next week. I took off a day from work with no pay to wait for them. They could have called. Very poor customer service.

We are renters and did not work directly with The Appliance Clinic for the purchase of a new dishwasher, but we had a wonderful experience with the young man who installed that new dishwasher this morning. He was thorough, respectful, friendly, professional... honestly, a true young gentleman. He went above & beyond his duties after learning about my mold sensitivity to make sure I understood some ins & outs and that everything was installed perfectly so we were well taken care of. Outstanding customer care! Truly. A top-notch young man like that would only be working for a great company. We will definitely work with The Appliance Clinic if the need ever arises down the road!
