Love it here. I was a caregiver for a year in Vancouver Pointe, loved every minute. The staff is so nice to the residents, no one is left behind.

Vancouver Pointe has been a godsend for me and my sister, Jeannie. The minute she walked in the door, she fell in love with setting. It was the first place that she said she could see herself living in and that was a huge step. Candy Humphreys showed us around and introduced us to so many people and they all said how much they loved living there. Jeannie was smiling and talking and happier than I'd seen her in months. She moved in a month later and she's still raving about how happy she is because of the people. Oh, and also the food! She had lost too much weight and now she's back up 7 lbs. Jessica Prater went above and beyond her role as Director to help Jeannie get hooked up to the free wi-fi and undo what we had unknowingly paid for. And Gilbert, the all-around handyman, has done so many things for Jeannie. These three people set the bar for how Vancouver Pointe treats its residents. What you see is what you get and I'm so thankful for them.

My MIL lives at Vancouver Pointe and has for almost 4 years. The place did an incredible job during the pandemic in keeping the community safe. It was hard especially on my kids to not be able to see their grandma in person but we are so happy she never got covid. Hats off to the entire staff there and the managers. We adore all the people there especially the manager and the front desk gals. Everyone is really friendly and they are opened back up to visitors now! They have the best events and we look forward to being able to gather there again.

Vancouver Pointe is a very family oriented facility, the staff truly care so much about taking care of every resident. Every staff member plays such an important role in our residents life and real connections are made regardless of how long a resident stays in the community. I have experienced working in the kitchen for two years and now I am lead receptionist at the front desk. This year has been a whirlwind of an experience for everyone. Management and all of the staff has has to face problems that we never thought we would have to experience. Management has been working so hard to make sure they keep our residents and staff members safe and healthy not to mention having some resemblance of normal life. I wouldn’t of wanted to face this trying time with any other company. They have had our backs and kept us engaged while everything has been spinning. We just want all of our residents to be safe and happy, and we will continue to give our all to make sure that happens :)

Here's a link to their website: https://www.seniorlifestyle.com/property/washington/vancouver-pointe/ You'll find a phone number for them; it's a nice place.
There is a new management company so prices may have gone up. It would be best to call or stop by for a tour and pricing. Probably around $3,000 a month.
We are now owned by Senior Lifestyles.
This is difficult to answer definitely. The apartments go from studio to 2 bedroom and then there are the cottages. The rent includes 3 meals a day. It ranges from approximately $2500 - $5000+.
It is much better now than it use to be. The have a great new menu. The prices have gone up but they've gone up in most restaurants. They have one set price for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We have a whole menu for all 3 meals as well as a Special dinner menu which we have daily! And yes, food is included in rent. We also provide deliveries for those unable to make it to the dining room.
Yes, they do have studio units.
