Besides the fact that they tried to slip in a warranty to the contract that I did not ask for, I was also told that my new Hybrid F-150 gets an average 28 mpg. I GET NOWHERE NEAR THAT! More like 15mpg! I love the truck, but I am highly disappointed in what was represented to me and what I got. I am also still waiting after 3 months to see the refund of the $6000 plus the $750 for God knows what else they tried to stick me with applied to my finance agreement. Would I shop here again for a verhicle? I think not! Two stars is generous!

We had the pleasure of getting a truck through Vancouver Ford this week and it was by far the easiest and fastest experience we have ever had. Sierra was quick to greet us each time we made a visit and provided amazingly detailed information, answering all the questions we had on our truck. Sierra and Justin were kind enough to organize all the paperwork ahead of time so when we showed up to finalize our purchase, we were in and out in minutes! With their help, we got the truck of our dreams at an extremely generous price. We couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a Santa Cruz and the team at Vancouver Hyundai made the entire process as smooth as possible. My favorite part? Their sales approach was so unlike other dealerships - they were supportive and knowledgeable but hands off. I was never pushed into anything and was given the space and time to make a decision without anyone breathing down my neck. Buying a car is a big purchase with a certain amount of stress and I’m happy to report that the team here never added to the stress! 13/10 would recommend!

I’ll make this short and to the point. Shelly in the service department is amazing and overall the staff customer service was good. But the repair shop ruined my 2020 Mustang GT after an accident I had. After 2 days of driving the car, I noticed that it was trying to pull me off the road on the freeway any time it hit anything in the road. And on top of that, they never replaced the panels from the accident where the car hit me. All they did was heat them up and pop them out so all the impact marks were still there along with the door handle being scratched still. They ripped the leather on the interior of my door putting the panels back together and the quarter panel separated when I hit a bump one day. I had to push it back in with my hand. Overall: They did the bare minimum in their shop and it resulted in me selling my 2020 Mustang back to a different Ford. Thankfully I had equity in it because of the crazy market for used cars, but now some poor soul is going to buy a 2020 GT with 7,000 miles on it thinking they are getting a great car not knowing how bad of an accident that car was in. Bottom line: I am sure they have great sales and customer service but do not take your vehicle here for repair. I cannot recommend these guys and I won’t. I run a Mustang club with 4,000+ members and I made sure to share my experience only to receive feedback saying many others had the same experience. I don’t really care about the mustang I had - I’m writing this for the next person that is thinking of taking their vehicle here for repair because I wouldn’t want my mother or neighbor going here with this quality of work on a brand new $50,000 car.

Call their hotline they can direct you to the proper channels
They wear masks and keep their distance. They also have plastic Shields at the counters.
