Great group of guys. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Gets you back on the road. Jeremy is abrasive at times but gets you back on the road when you most needed it.

my truck was a stolen recovery 97 Powerstroke that i found myself in less than 24 hours. there were some wiring issues and some cosmetics that needed to be replaced but no major damage at all. they dodged my phone calls for over a month and left my truck sitting there. i come to find out that Jeremy had cussed out my insurance adjustor and essentially refused to work with my AAA claim. they would not give the insurance company an estimate for their work and then charged me for a diagnostic fee. i ended up having to show up and get my trucked towed to another shop..

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a service shop. I had an EGR code showing and they were going to run a diagnosis and re-flash the PCM. Sounds simple enough if you know what you are doing. A couple of days I can get my truck back. A couple of weeks later after no replies to text messages, messaging is their preferred way of communicating since they don’t answer their phone regularly. It is a long story but I will try to bullet the main points. · The PCM is bad and we need to replace it. they offer to split the cost with me which is a little strange unless they caused the problem with it. · Need the DPF sensors in which one of them is obsolete and aftermarket brands are back ordered. After a couple of weeks I get it myself within a week. · Need the second key to unlock the security system. · Another week they say it runs and goes into reverse but not forward. They are having problems with the TCM. · IT has been 13 weeks they say they might get to it towards the end of the week. · After 13 weeks I towed the truck to RPM Northwest in Ridgefield and they had the truck done in 2 days. · Jeremy the owner has no schedule and they will maybe get to it towards the end of the week. Maybe. · Since the truck will not run they basically have your truck hostage, and after I get lectured in a text message on how morally he can’t charge me for the time they have put into the truck, he certainly charges me the full quoted price for a truck that after 13 weeks will run and go into reverse.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came in needing service on a short timeline. Glowplugs were acting up and needed gauges ahead of a long trip. They communicated exactly what needed to be done, charged a very fair price and then proceeded to get the work done much earlier than expected. Five stars for sure.
