Edit: Your 'offer' included me coming back into your store, and after my experience that's a no go. Also good job misunderstanding what you saw on the cameras. As stated in my original review I did indeed talk to several budtenders like your cameras show. But as stated in my original review no one actually 'offered to help me in a timely manner' they simply told me they think someone else was handling my order. TLDR; horrible customer service especially if it's your first time and they will ignore you Came in for an online order. Purchased something in store as well. I let multiple people know I had an online order, even the person who sold me the stuff in store and the person who brought those items out to me as well. I was under the impression someone was collecting it for me in the back like what had just been done for my in-store order. I stood waiting 15-20 minutes for my online order watching the few other people who came in get helped. Finally after figuring out how they do the orders here I realized no one was helping me in the back like I had thought. No one asked my name for the online order, no one asked why i was just standing there for 20 minutes. And finally when I do get an employee's attention she says something that makes me realize she's just seen me standing there waiting to be helped this whole time. I never write reviews, but as someone with horrible anxiety this is not the place to go to find relief.

I've been going here for years and have always been pleased with their service and products. Wide selection. Great prices. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. It's very clean and organized. They have security and cameras so I feel safe. I use the online ordering and then pickup in back. They're really fast and it's convenient. Only down is parking but with how fast they are, vehicles move in and out quickly.
