The folks here are SOOO KIND! This hazel dell location is SUPER busy - so expect a wait depending on what time you go, but the prices are extremely reasonable, they always have coupons + give a military discount; and the service is amazing! I never feel like they are trying to rip me off or bamboozle me into getting something unnecessary done for my car, nor do I feel any pressure to any upgrades! They also do free oil top offs which I appreciate! An oil change with wipers runs around $130 and a synthetic oil change costs me less than a $100! I completely trust these guys, and love coming here! Great people, honest service.

What a cluster! First they have one one guy working under the car for three bays. Next, they have the people up top keep going into the office doing who knows what or going down the stairs. There were 5 up top but only three were actually doing any work. A 15 minute process took 30+ minutes (didn’t even get anyone under the cars until 12 minutes in) I was third in line so a total of 2 hours to get the oil changed. Asked to get my air pressure checked. Guy looked in my door to see the correct pressure then walked off. No one checked my lights like they normally do. No receipt. Cabin air filter cost $54 buck and according to them it normally 65 anywhere else… all the auto parts stores re 15. Oh yeah and one of the people standing around (I guess he was a supervisor) sent people on lunch before the replacements were there so when the replacements came up they had no clue what was going on.

The guys at Valvoline we're curtious, fast, and friendly. They were professional and I appreciated them explaining to me my price options and not treating me like a simpleton just because I was a female. They made me feel safe while I was in my vehicle and always let me know what they were doing to my vehicle at all times. I appreciated all the hard work that they did to my vehicle and how fast they were at checking all the mechanical components under the hood. I would recommended them to anyone who is unsure about oil changes or who is not very mechanically savey.

Felicia and Shane were excellent helping me today. They were detail oriented enough to find a nail in my tire and recommend me to a place to get it fixed cheaply. I will be coming back.
