The crew at your location were more than helpful!! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing for me during my synthetic oil change. Your Store Manager was extremely helpful as well... I do have a complaint though... Those workers were extremely hot, and I was too sitting in my vehicle.... Please get your air conditioning fixed or at least provide your workers with a water station!! Also, OSHA requires all maintenance personnel to not work in extreme weather conditions. Please get this fixed, or I will have to make a call to OSHA and the Better Business Bureau. Take care of your employees please... you can't have a lawsuit due to one of them suffering from heat stroke. Regards, Heather

Wife took my car in to get oil change while I was recovering from covid. The skid plate was re-installed incorrectly and flew off on the freeway. Noticed engine oil is leaking from installing / retaining drainplug incorrectly.. drove over 100 miles like this without my knowledge back to our house from this Jiffly Lube. Beyond irritated with this experience.

I am very happy with the free top offs between oil changed as my old vehicle really burns oil. Very nice, respectful young men working on the day I came in. Plus they were all sweet to my puppy who was with me. Extra bonus points for that.

Very helpful team. They were able to fix my headlight when another location of theirs said they couldn't. I'm happy I was able to get some bits of my car repaired during this trip because they found other things that needed to be fixed. Thank you! Will be coming back to this location again!
