My daughter went in to buy at the dispensary she is 26 years old she needed another dollar so I took it to her to the door immediately they said that a minor had passed her money and she was buying Someone under age someone under age so she had to leave the store she tried to explain I was her mother and they wouldn’t listen and literally made her leave the store she comes out tells me what happened I go back in to show them my ID and explain yes I am her mother I’m literally 46! Instead of making it right they wouldn’t even look at my ID and we’re still being rude because they didn’t wanna accept responsibility for judging and being rude. Never an apology And said we need to shop somewhere else for the day well don’t worry it’s not just for the day it’s gonna be forever and I’m also telling all my family and friends not to shop there either

Oh wow, I thought I had left a review before! Guess not. Been coming here for about three years. Pre pandemic, pandemic, and post pandemic. They are nothing short of a perfect staff that delivers stellar help any time you need it. The employees are genuinely happy and just so dang kind. Today, Allie (I hope that’s how you spell it) gave me the VIP treatment and helped me decide on some good stuff. Just when you think the staff couldn’t possibly be any nicer, BAM, Allie and everyone behind the counter blindsides you with genuine down to earth kindness and you can’t help but leave with a smile. Thank you all for such positive energy today, and keep up the fantastic work!!!

Bought a crystal clear vape. Noticed it was hugely falsely advertised. Bought the SOUR DIESAL, and when I look on the back noticed it was terpenes derived from green crack and snowland. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Even though knowing for a fact they are able to at least compensate with a future discount or something, not saying I wanted one, just saying it really sucks not being able return an item I didn’t even want. My fault for opening before reading. I realize it’s the manufacturers fault for it is their sticker labels. But their stock team has a duty to look into these things. People can have bad reactions from certain strains and I personally wouldn’t want to be the cause of that to others. Ps: got back to me and handled the issue. Thanks so much main street

Wimp customers? Speak up? Sense of entitlement? Bah. It's basic customer service to have an awareness of who is next in line. It's also common courtesy to wait your turn. It's not entitled to expect either of these things. Furthermore, with so many options available with little to set businesses apart, I am happy to shop somewhere else if I experience first and foremost bad customer service. There are just too many shops out there to expect anything less. What a douchy answer.
