They say that they back their cartridges and that you can return them- this is untrue. Their are conditions and even if it’s within the agree upon days and they do not uphold their end. My cartridge failed two days ago but because of the holiday could not return it. I returned it today they refused it - Us and our Family will be going to Craft from now on and spending out money there.

I worked at the herbery for years & enjoyed my experience! one of the best Jobs I ever had, I got to keep all of my own tips, And they gave me an opportunity to grow. I learned how to do Security, Inventory management, and more. I was allowed to share my art with co-workers and Customers & the product is always fresh. Prior to this I worked at Main Street marijuana for years, I had difficulty moving up In the company, I worked from open to close on 4/20 to make sure all the deadlines were met And won! award for employee of the month. Within my time working there.. I noticed a Caucasian janitor move up from janitorial service,.. to customer service, then to inventory/Manager. My experience is... its difficult for an African-American to move up At Main Street marijuana... but it's not at the herbery. Thank you Everyone At the Herbery I appreciate you guys ! and thank you for supporting black lives matter

TERRIBLE COMPANY FOR SOMEONE INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH CANNABIS. I sent in my resume/cover letter and left 8 voice-mail with no call back from anyone! Then they have the nerve to post that they are hiring! If you're actually excited to work here they don't care! Really depressing, weed is supposed to bring good vibes not stingy jerks.

Staff are rude and seldom helpful. The reward system is a joke they don't scan items so they don't count towards reward system and even had account closed because they decided we only needed one account. I would look elsewhere.
