Sapphire helped me out through the outside pick-up counter(which is probably one of my favorite things about Craft Cannabis), and she is always really friendly and fast with the transactions. Definitely one of my favorites to deal with there 👍🏼👍🏼 I’ve gone to the store about 5-10 times in the past few months and it’s easily become my new favorite smoke shop. Highly recommend if you are in the Vancouver area. The store also looks pretty amazing inside, so make sure to check that out too. Although… I often just purchase through the website, because it’s really easy/convenient and I’m often a busy person.

Every time I come in it’s because someone recommended I go and every time I end up with the best weed and best experience. I love that I’m not stopped right when I come In to have my ID checked, they treat you like a professional adult inside. This time I was helped by Casey I believe and he was truly sincere and kind when he talked to me. I didn’t feel like he was using a “customer tone of voice” and trying to be over the top with me, I often don’t like going in retail for that reason. It was nice to have a real and honest interaction with someone after I’ve had a long day. I’ll make the switch to Craft for my weekly dispo runs for sure after this visit!
