This review is for Martha Garcia specifically. It's shocking that "Providence" shows her rating as 4.8stars, yet 2.8 elsewhere. 1is too much. No sense of urgency. It almost seems that she's offended I've taken a role in my mom's healthcare. After leaving her an urgent message asking for help regarding my mom, she could not be bothered to talk to me but instead had her asst call me hours later, after Martha left for the day, to relay texts regarding my concerns. Problem? those texts offered nothing...not even answers to questions asked. No alternatives, seemed she was more interested in washing her hands of the situation (all but refused to see her) even after I stated that my mom feels comfortable with her and trusts her (lord knows why). One would think that after more than a decade of "caring" for my mom, she could offer a courtesy call to inquire about my moms health, considering the urgency I felt and expressed...yet, over a week later, nothing. Fortunately, moms fine...she has now seen a physician that has expressed concern in both what my mom says, as well as what I have to say.

After dumping Choice Medical group, my first experience with St. Mary's was something that I have never experienced before. A doctor who takes time with her patients. Dr. Rodriguez and her MA Terri have been awesome through this experience these past few months. Dr. Rodriguez has gotten more done for me in 4 months than Choice medical ever did on 4 years. On the other hand I had to see a new doctor for a medical release and I did not care for Dr. Aung. He lacks in the communication department and keeps his patients waiting to long.

If I could give -5 stars I would! This place is absolutely awful! The doctors act like they're too good for the world and refuse to fill out any paperwork that is required for work. It took my job basically contacting them for them to fill out the paperwork and because they were forced to they poured and stormed out of the office like children. And every doctor I saw for the same illness gave me a different answer and said I needed antibiotics but never prescribed them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Not even satan himself. Sad to say my old health center was better and they misdiagnosed me twice.
