Lived for a year quality of apt. Walls molding etc not good quality for the rent they charge. Lots of rules some excessive. No more than 4 people in a 2 bedroom including a 21 month old and a new born due in July that's the main reason we're moving out.

We had a great experience. The staff was awesome. Janille explained all and made us feel very comfortable. She answered all our security questions and we just put an application to lease. She showed us multiple units without any hesitation.

First impressions are everything. We called to inquire about an apartment talked to a Kelly. When we arrived we got rudely (not) greeted by Kelly himself. When we said we spoke to someone on the phone he brushed us off and said talk to her because you didn’t talk to me and walked out. The lady at the computer was confused and when we told her we spoke to Kelly about viewing an apartment she said we were just talking to Kelly. We were told to wait and just didn’t feel welcomed so we left.
