Stones not laid evenly. Request to fix ignored. Salesman sold services and items that I did not need nor want. Despite my mother buying 5 plots, Husband, Wife, Son Son and nephew (sole blood line) they forced me to spend $3,500 on a lawyer, saying I, the son had no proof I was entitled to be buried (deeds were lost but I had pd invoices. Very rude. Me with a terminal disease, was denied a casket purchase until lawyer settled entitlement. Some real dirt. I feel, being their were 3 plots unused. That in ground would be money in the bank for Vista to resale. They knew I was terminal, why they put me through the hoops is a mystery. The salesman sold me all burial arrangement but forget to charge for my headstone. Vista, in my opinion is run by the lowest of the lowest. Steer clear. Their tactics are much worse than a theif. a good smile on their faces.

Due to the past Covid Pandemic, Funeral homes are continuing to experience increased demands for their services, at a time of staffing shortages. I appreciate the efforts Vista Memorial Gardens has made to assist my family; and together with hope and dignity, may we all honor our loved ones who have passed.

Avoid this place at all cost. I was told my abuelos plaque would arrive in 6 months and still no update. It’s been 8 months already. Another thing, you can’t leave any pictures, notes, or flowers unless you buy the vase or small frame directly from here. Their reasoning is because people leave a mess. Give me a break. Hire more people, figure it out. You’re messing with peoples loved ones and not allowing people to grieve. Instead you nickel and dime people. It’s disgusting!
