I want to share the terrible experience I had when I used for 1st time the Publix Pharmacy for my mom at Miami Lake 33014. I always used CVS but I decided to try Publix, the worst decision I have made. The Pharmacy tech Marlene is the rudest person I ever met. She treat people like nothing, she was horrible. Poor customer service skill. no resilience, cero empathy. I don't even know how Publix have people like that working for them. I love Publix and this is unbelievable. On top of that the Pharmacist Jessica just decide do not release the medication just because she doesn't feel comfortable with that. She ask me to go to another pharmacy to fill the medication because she will not going to release it. After she confirmed with the provider everything was ok. I had to call the provider just because the pharmacist want it, like if she own the pharmacy. She prefer to lose a member than trained her pharmacy tech how to treat the customers. This two person are not capable to treat people that have needs like medications. They are not prepare to work on the healthcare environment with this manner and lack of care. They are a shame for the good reputation Publix has. Publix is always there for their customer and do not deserve have people like that with so poor qualifications.

The worst pharmacist ever. They did not have clients in the pharmacy, I waited much longer than adequate, for the Pfizer and flu vaccine, very bad care, they do not know what it is to serve the public, I have lived in Sweden, Spain, Bulgaria, Russia and a lot in the USA, bad treatment they deserve to be lowered their salary, they are disgusting of service, do not get vaccinated there, please
