Said they were sending two prescriptions to the pharmacy. They only sent 1. Tried to call and get it sorted out but they were closed by 6pm, even though the hours say 7:30pm. Went by to check and it was all locked up and dark inside, hours taped to the door that said they close at 6:30pm. Several other people showed up and had to leave. Called the next day and they wouldn't send the missing prescription without coming back in again. What a waste of time.

Previous review was 2 stars for PA. Wait time was 2 hrs. Update: WORST. Unacceptable deficiency in patient care. 6/6/22 (Family Dr had an emergency.) Had to get daughter in for fever/earache/severe congestion. Again waited 2 hrs. Thought PA did well. However, not now. My review is now a 1 which actually should be a Zero! Called at 5:43, was on the phone for over 13 minutes, discussing how my daughter now has hives possibly due to the prescription given. I just want her to be checked for another possible symptom or an allergic reaction. We were 2 minutes away, clock said 5:55, then responded "sorry we're closed now". I said "are you kidding, she can't be seen?" She repeated "No sorry we just closed. Take her to the ER." Really? That's their idea of patient care? That's the solution. ER's should deal with serious emergencies. Wait in an ER with two kids, one who is disabled, for hours. I am shocked at the complete lack of care or responsibility to the patient. Though it's not a primary care, you are a patient once seen and there should be an obligation to patient and patient care.

Very rude the waiting is so long for a two minute visit. Got sent to do x-rays call for results updates never heard anything back it’s been almost a week and a half. Every time I called they put you on a long wait. It’s not worth coming here at all you’re better off going to a doctors appointment!

Ghetto as hell. The nurses are rude and refuse to see you. 99% sure this is a scam. Refused to accept insurance and refused to even see anyone. Crazy wait time and rude nurses. Disregard of any medical moral. Never go here. Make the drive to St Mary’s cause these ghetto nurses are not saints. Desert valley is also nearby and far more professional and doesn’t lie about the pay(45$ flat fee for urgent care). If you see this review please go somewhere else before you waste your time. Anything above 1 star on here is obviously fake Google accounts they made. Fully superficial and how it goes from all one to 5. Very unlikely.
