My experience was about a 6 months ago. I had called AAA to get my vehicle towed at 9:30am. I sat at my vehicle until 12:30pm after calling AAA multiple times to ask where the driver was and why i kept getting pushed off. At 12:45-1:00pm the driver Albert (I believe) showed up and as my brother in law went to nicely ask why it took 3 to 4 hours for him to show up he was told that we were lucky he even came. Once he came up to me was extremely rude, snatched my drivers license out of my hand and walked away. When he returned i asked for his information to contact his company and AAA he put the keys to my vehicle down and said im not the driver for you and left. By the time i got on the phone with AAA he had already made a false report saying that we were belligerent and screaming at him. When my husband tried to call the company they said they would transfer him to a manager, then got hung up on. Called back to leave a message for the manager. No manager ever called back. I had to wait until 6:30pm to get my vehicle home due to this company refusing any AAA calls for me to where a AAA supervisor had to fix the call to go to High Desert Transport. Thankfully thag young man was helpful and got me home.

My wife and I became stranded in Cajon Pass when my truck died while towing a car trailer. Sergio rescued us. He was a very nice man and instilled great confidence in us as he loaded our truck onto his and towed our trailer to a local hotel. We could not have asked for better service. He was the silver lining in our day! Thank you so much, Sergio!!!

I left the light on in my truck and it killed my battery. I used my AAA roadside service and Aguilar towing showed up at my house. The Technician/tow truck driver was really one of the nicest service techs/ tow truck driver I have ever met. 5 stars ⭐️ is not Even enough. 👍

Great experience called thru AAA. Arrived in timely manner. Bryan was very attentive and made sure we were safe before starting the job. On the drive home he always asked if we were comfortable. Kudos to Bryan sorry didn't catch his last name tho. 👍
