From the moment we have applied, my partner and I have been in constant contact with Simona and Johnathan who have been tremendously helpful. The move in process was very easy and everything bill wise is broken down to simple terms. The app allows all residents to communicate with each other very effectively. Amenities are great and the businesses around us are amazing. All winthin a few blocks is pretty much anything you need.

I just wanted to give a MASSIVE shout out to Jonathan! Jonathan is so genuine and welcoming. In the past, I’ve had apartment managers who made me feel like I needed to avoid them. Jonathan is the complete opposite! It’s like having a friend around. He’s also very great at communicating with me if there is something that needs fixed, or even if I have other questions regarding the building. I am moving to Texas in a few months, and as much as I love my apartment, I can honestly say that Jonathan is what I will miss the most!

This review is not of the property itself, although it is amazing and I am excited to be moving in soon, but about the leasing associate I had the pleasure of working with- Jonathan Frietas. He has been nothing short of helpful and efficient. Moving from one state to another is never an easy task but he made finding a new apartment a breeze. From the tour, follow up, working around my preferences and accommodating some of my last minute needs, I can sleep peacefully at night knowing I’m moving into a great new community, with staff that is helpful, extremely friendly and take pride in representing the property! Thanks Jonathan for all of your help! I highly recommend this property for someone who wants to live in a luxury community in the heart of the city.

I would not have moved here if Jonathan was not here. Seriously, he has been upfront, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. He has a very non-pressure selling approach and it truly felt like a friend helping me find the perfect apartment. Once me and my roommate moved in, he has done nothing but accommodate and offer help. I feel like authentic employees who go above and beyond should be recognized and Jonathan deserves all of the recognition.
