My first experience at K nails was nice. The pedicure turned out beautiful. However, my tech forgot to check on my nail polish after she finished. I sat there for over half an hour and had to check myself out as I got tired from sitting. The price was reasonable compared to other salons in the area.

So I had just got paid, Valentines weekend is coming up and I wanted to have fresh nails for work. The closing time on the door said 7:00pm, but I had already been to every other salon up and down a 4 mile stretch (6 salons) when I saw their sign glowing in the dark, their open sign was still on so I gave it a last ditch attempt. I walked in and asked if anyone would give me a full set, after a couple looks between the techs one of them said she would! I was ecstatic. When I sat down I noticed she had an amazing looking set herself very detailed nail set. So I fished around and asked if someone in the shop did them or if she did them herself, she said she did them so I felt confident getting a very basic design myself. Not only did she do an incredible job, she shaped them beautifully, stayed late and didn't rush me out! Katie was amazing, I'll definitely be coming back and not to the shop next to my house that I've been going to. Thank you Katie you made my weekend!!

Ann did the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! Her massage was incredible and my feet are so soft and my toes are perfect! I have never been here and I’m so glad I found this place driving home from work. I have been to many places and this will be my new place. The spa is so cute, it’s clean, they follow Covid protocol and they have the cutest little kid pedicure chairs for when I bring my daughters with me. I am a very happy customer! Thanks Ann!

Went in last Sunday with my girlfriend. We were impressed with the shop at first glance. We were seated and the techs were nice. I asked for dip nails with a flower on my ring fingers she said no problem. I picked my color and showed her a picture. Just wanted my two ring fingers white with simple daisy type flower. The girl dipped my ring fingers first in color and then with white so I could see the underneath green color. She said she needed to do that for the design. I’ve been getting my nails dipped for over 2 years and have never had to put a regular color underneath. After 3 attempts at a flower I just asked for a glitter overlay. The tech “Tammy” then got very upset and very rude. I stayed friendly checked out and left. Immediately I noticed my thumb was bubbly. My girlfriend also got a chip layer that afternoon. We went back Monday afternoon. Were treated VERY rudely. At the end of the fix we asked to speak to the manager. We were told she was too busy to speak to us. Would not take 5 min away from a manicure to discuss our concerns. Also side note while I was waiting to get my nail fixed another client came in and attempted to privately speak with manager who rudely told her she didn’t have time and would have to wait 30 min. The client told her that she was doubly charged on her cc card. She was more patient than I would have been she was coming back in 30 min. The end result is that it is now only Wednesday and I have 2 new chips on my nails. I will not be going back to this shop.!!!
