I am so disappointed with the service I received tonight. I placed a delivery order and was told 1 hour. Which was perfect because my sister was dropping off my niece and nephew for a couple hours. An hour and a half in with 2 hungry kids no pizza. I called back and was told 10 MINUTES TOPS after waiting on hold for young man to check on my orders. 30 more minutes go by. TWO hours after I called and ordered. I called back and was put on hold again until the manager came on. 14 minutes of waiting on hold mostly while they "track down my order" I was told I'm sorry we don't have your order here. I asked why I was told 10 min if they don't have my order to begin with. The manager told me I'm sorry we have high school students working here and they misunderstood. So after all that I have 2 hungry kids and no pizza! Definitely not ordering from them again. ZERO customer service! He did not even try to correct the situation.

I'll never understand why reviews don't mention the pizza. The service for my first order was great, i got a typical simple pepperoni xl and extra sauce. Got exactly what i expected and even eariler than they said. Good first impression, though these reviews scream otherwise. Hope the service stays good.

We ordered two pizzas this evening. One a classic pepperoni which you can't mess up, and another pizza; pepperoni, olives, sausage, and green peppers. The pizzas were delivered and the second one was missing pepperoni, and olives. We called, spoke with Dan on the phone, explained the situation and he sent out another pizza but I had to cover delivery. Driver showed up, I gave him 10.00 and brought the pizza inside. This time, no sausage, and the green peppers were in a straight up pile in he center of the pizza. I am truly at a loss for words. I posted a picture in the picture section.

I love the pizza at Bellagios but service is terrible. I recently ordered a pizza that was smashed to one side of the box, when I called the "manager" Chris certainly didn't seem to care that it had happened, no apology or anything. This is not the first time this has happened. If it wasn't for the poor service it would be a 4 or 5 star review.
