So I’m wondering if you open at 11:00 am and I order at 11:00 and I want to pick it up I have to wait until 12:30 Also if I order at 11:00 am for a delivery I have to wait until 1:00 pm so why are the wait times so long?

Those times are for online orders. The company that we use do not no how busy the store is so it is kinda of a fail saif. If you call the store it would be quicker

If you call them and place the order over the phone they can have it ready at 11
