While looking for work a good acquaintance recommend that NW staffing Resources can assist me. I was referred to Yer who promptly responded and asked me all the right questions on the type of field, job, requirements, and pay scale that I am looking for. She let me know that she had colleagues that worked in this Clackamas location that might have what I was looking for and helped transferred me to them. Shortly after that, one of their recruiters Jenna Losey called me and she was professional, kind, and really had a good servant's heart. She listened to what I wanted to do instead of pushing what she had to offered to me. After our conversation, she looked for good opportunities that she thought might be a good fit for me and offered it to me. During and throughout our whole process, she was always prompt on all communications and she even gave me advice when I ask here for them on situations as it comes up. I am really blown away by her way of recruiting and it felt as if she truly wants what's best for me. She also helped me negotiate for things that I asked her to. I worked with other staffing agencies before and had not had such a great experience as this. NW Staffing Resources definitely hires the right people to help the community! I would have given her and NW Staffing more stars if I can. I'm happy with the process, help, and the offer Jenna got for me. I'll recommend NW staffing to anyone!!!
