It was alright. The first thing wrong was the way the concession lines were. It seemed no one knew what lines were being serviced. Then the wait last about 25 minutes to get popcorn and sodas. It's a good thing we were an hour early. We had never been here before so we wanted to provide ample time in case of an issue. We went into theater 3 and one of the seats didn't recline. The manager happened to be available, he helped fix it. That was a positive. Then when the previews began, there was no screen, only audio! Our movie was to begin at 7:45pm and we still had no picture. I had to go and let a staff member know. They turned it on right before the last preview was over. Plus, for Dolby Atmos, the audio was not very good. It sounded muffled. The screen was supposed to be the giant screen, but there were huge bars on the top and bottom of the movie. This ended up being no different in size than any regular screen at any other theater. The pro was, the seats were comfortable and the little table was convenient. Over all, it was a good experience but I will stick to my AMC Dolby Cinema, completely captivating movie experience. It has better surround sound and the screen size is the same.

We reserved a private theater for our daughter's birthday party and the staff and service were top notch! Especially Terry, Darin and Sean! They made the party flow seamlessly and were always there to help us with whatever we needed. We had about 90 people in our party and were able to use the patio before the movie for pizza and cake. The pizza was ordered from the theater and was delicious and a great deal at $15-$18 for a large (8 slices). We didn't have to worry about over-ordering or running out because they were able to make the pizzas within 10 minutes. The theater was clean and they even printed out "Reserved for VIP" placards for the bday girl which made her feel so special. If you're inclined to host a private party here, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I believe their smallest theater is about 30ish seats while the larger ones are 120+ seats. The staff are fantastic and will accommodate you to make sure your event goes smoothly. Highly recommend the Veranda LUXE theater and special thanks to Terry, Darin and Sean!!! We will be back!

My kids went to see sonic and it was really nice because we got tickets before arriving we didn't have to wait in a queue to check-in with the tickets, just showed the attendant the tickets from the phone, The concessions have a long line though if you come when it's busy but it moves. I'd say get here a little early if you want to get concessions before the movie. Overall, it's clean, affordable and the people are okay. My kids loved the experience of the recliner seats with folding tables. Will be returning..

Amazing how poor their customer service is!! I would never attempt to eat there again...twice is enough!!
Ok, fine.....
Trinity, Thank you for your question. The answer is YES. We serve food and drink for all show times. Enjoy your movie!
MoviePass is a MasterCard and can be used at any theater as your form of credit card payment.
Yes. Right through the website at: https://www.cinemawest.com/page/11128/rentals
Given the success of this film I am confident that it will be around for about 4-6 weeks.
1hr before the end of the last movie or 2am
I wanted to like this place but I will definitely stay with Brenden Theater next time. We got to the movies 30 minutes early. And since this place doesn't have a concession stand you push a button by your chair and are told to order once your server comes we were 50 minutes into the movie when they came to take our order. 20 minutes later he comes back and hands me my bill even though we never got the popcorn or soda. I then told him we never received anything and to take it off my tab. After that the girls were so disappointed not to have snacks during the movie, I went to the manager and was very polite and let him know that the girls are disappointed that they didn't get their snacks during the movie he just looked at me and said yeah sorry about that.....not really a big deal but it's not cheap to go to the movies, so we don't go often. Anyway. Just a heads up. Gotta go buy some microwave popcorn now😜
Only at bar or at seat Was not pleased with service at seat :( Ruins the movie with servers walking back and forth during movie

In the IMAX screen the seats just slightly recline. In Brenden, the recliner further back, and you have the leg rest.
There isn't a specific day for Senior Discounts. There is special Senior pricing every day, all day.

Show QR code to theater manager for full refund to original card.
They are not taking food orders in the theater, which is a bummer waiting in line in the lobby, other than that, awesome cinema, just saw Shang Chi.
Yes the theater has reopened and the Concession stand is also open. However, until this COVID crisis passes, we will not be offering waiter service in the auditoriums. Only self service at the main lobby concession stand. Welcome back to the movies!!!
We use the Captiview display device that is attached to a flexarm and cupholder bracket so that the guest may view the subtitles positioned in front of their seat/eye line.
IMAX is bigger but not the better sounding room. Also, you can't order food in IMAX.
12 usd during peek times. If you go in the morning I have seen tickets for 8
Matinee ends at 6pm and costs $8.00 per ticket
No, but there is a mobile app that you can use to listen to all the movies in your own language. It's called TheaterEars and it's free to download and free to use!
Right now it has to be done at the Box Office. In a few weeks our new website will have the functionality to purchase with your Gift Card.
13 and 8 respectively Go Thursday for like 6 dollar tickets
Matinee pricing applies only to shows that START before 5pm. When you purchase the ticket has no relevance.
We have not been informed of that release schedule yet.
They do not.
They don't sell ice cream cones, but I think there is just ice cream on the menu.
They do have $6 Tuesdays, but most of the time tickets are around $15
No you do not have to, you can purchase your ticket at the theater's box and pick your seat at that time. However, you chances are better if you purchase it online ahead of time and you can do that right through our website cinemawest.com
Nice and clean yes it's a Imax

Redeem in person and pick out seats when you get there. Enjoy your movie
There are movies at the time, but only certain show hours.
Yes they are. The up-charges for 3D (+ $2) and IMAX (+$3) still apply though. Sometimes the movies studios restrict us from including new block-buster releases in the Discount Tuesday Pricing so check online or at the box office when booking a ticket for a newly released movie.
No 👎
Yes, you may exchange or request a refund for your entire order, less the convenience fee, through Fandango up until the posted showtime. You'll have to complete your refund and exchange before the posted showtime. If you purchased the ticket through the theater's website, the policy is the same however, you will need to make the exchange or refund at the box office before the posted showtime.
They have a menu system for food and drinks. And your ticket should have reserved seating. Chairs are comfy but it does get a little chilly in there
Of
Nice and recliner with servers whom come to you to take food orders and bring cold popcorn..not once but twice in one sitting
Most likely not sold out, and you have to go through ticket purchase process to reserve a seat.
In auditoriums 2 -10 yes. In Auditorium 1 (IMAX) no.
I called, the showtimes will be posted by Wednesday morning.
Since some prices have changed since question was submitted and will change going forward here is the web page with all prices listed if you scroll down toward the bottom of the page. They are located on the right side of the page: https://www.cinemawest.com/location?house_id=46684
Yes you can! They swipe your cards and bring you the bill shortly before the end of the movie in case you want to order more... Super convenient!
$9.25 for ages 62+
I'd call and ask. They will take care of it

$13.75 adult $9.25 children and senior $9.75 matinee Imax is $3.00 more 3D is $2.00 more
Try looking up on this website.
Yes, they had issues with online booking
Don't know off hand but if you go through the ticket purchase process and the second step after Showtime and number of tickets it shows you the screen to reserve your seats and that will show you the total seats. The giant screen theater has a number of seats around 75 or so. You aren't packed in like sardines.
It doesn't work for me either
I had an issue at Christmas time. They said give them a couple weeks to work out the kinks and staffing. Check the menu for their Folsom location. Will be the same menu. It’s amazing!
