Yes, they had issues with online booking
I've been there twice and bought tickets via Fandango both times. if you purchased tickets via Fandango, skip the long line and go right up to the podium that is straight ahead. Don't stop at the ones on the left. Those are for anyone who didn't purchase tickets in advance.
It worked Thursday. You can also buy them at the theater if your going during a slow time. Or try fandango
Had no problem Wednesday ordering tickets for a Thursday movie.
