My movie starts at 9:30pm...will it start directly at that time or Is there 20 minute previews before the movie starts?

I wanted to like this place but I will definitely stay with Brenden Theater next time. We got to the movies 30 minutes early. And since this place doesn't have a concession stand you push a button by your chair and are told to order once your server comes we were 50 minutes into the movie when they came to take our order. 20 minutes later he comes back and hands me my bill even though we never got the popcorn or soda. I then told him we never received anything and to take it off my tab. After that the girls were so disappointed not to have snacks during the movie, I went to the manager and was very polite and let him know that the girls are disappointed that they didn't get their snacks during the movie he just looked at me and said yeah sorry about that.....not really a big deal but it's not cheap to go to the movies, so we don't go often. Anyway. Just a heads up. Gotta go buy some microwave popcorn now😜

I got the same problem with Heather B,i took 2 of my girls for the first time here but I'm very disappointed,we got our drink only but the foods never came,I push bottom and server came 2 times ,first time after movie started 45mins and after 30mins he check but I never get any reply back,I was so mad and went outside look for the girl who took my order,she said "I'm sorry Im so busy with others movie room ,I'll talk to my manager to give you a refund bill and bring your nacho and garlic fried free ok",I get back inside and foods came 3mins before movies end,we can't even eat anymore lol,We end up go out eat after movie.I feel so sorry for my kids,everybody got there foods but only us not,they said it's ok but we had good movie ;((((☹️Bad time and bad services 👎👎

You have time before the movie starts get there before 20 minutes before the movie starts

We had the same experience. Service is hit or miss.

It will start at 9:40pm. There are always 10 minutes of Trailers for upcoming movies before the feature film starts.

There are typically no more than 4 trailers which is approx 10 minutes. I wouldn't be much later than 10 minutes.

Yes, there will be about 20min of previews

Previews will begin, but there are a reasonable amount in my experience... Not like a half hour of them, but more like 15 min or so.
